"My experience was not good. I brought my truck to Napa with a intermittent stalling issue. They charged my $400 labor to fix whar they referred to as a "Big" short. I picked up the truck and I didnt even make it home when the power cut out and started again. I was hoping it was just a fluke. The next day while driving it stalled again which was the initial problem. I brought the vehicle back to him and claimed it now needed a computer and that the computer was good when he fixed the "Big Short". Im sure the computer that lasted for 20 years just happened to all of a sudden bad in a couple days. It's not just that hr took advantage of me it was how he handled. Bad attitude, no remorse and comfortable taken advantage of people. He only got one star because you can't pick zero."
