Not only is he a superb mechanic whose work I trust completely and whose prices are very reasonable, he also clearly cares about his customers in a truly genuine way I've rarely seen elsewhere. I mentioned offhand to him that I was in the market for a "new" used car, and he actually went out of his way to give me thoughtful, thorough advice and help me think through some of my options (for no extra charge), which was really nice of him! I ended up buying one of the cars he suggested (a Subaru Outback) and it's served me very well. Also, when I brought the same car into his shop for a 60k mile maintenance tune-up, he said that he saw a tiny leak from one spot on the undercarriage -- something that he definitely didn't think was a big issue yet, but just something for me to keep an eye on. I was impressed by both his attention to detail and his honesty; I have no doubt that many mechanics either wouldn't have noticed the leak in the first place, or would have pressured me to let them fix it on the spot so they could charge me extra, regardless of how "necessary" it might have been at that time. I'm so glad that's not how Jeremy runs his business! (Also, as a side note, it was a pleasant surprise to notice about a 10% improvement in gas mileage after the tune-up!) Bottom line, I really appreciate both Jeremy's expertise and how much he puts his customers first. 100% recommended!"
