I've had a bunch of issues for a while with my BMW and they've helped fix everything. Next thing I got done was a paint job and my car looks SO NEW!!!!! Their detailing services are too good. All their employees are really genuine and sweet to work with. Take your car to Shaban Auto you won't regret it!"

"Well guys this is what I get for trusting a no out of pocket deductible body shop . These are pictures of how our 2016 Honda accord came out. The fender and bumper was suppose to be new and painted. As you can see the body lines dont line up and paint is peeling. This was identified the day I picked it up and all they could say is that this was an aftermarket part and that's what the insurance company provided. That was the best he could do with an aftermarket part. So I took the car back to the insurance company and they decided to correct the problem. But when they removed the front bumper and the fender, which was suppose to be new and painted they found out that they were never replaced, they were just fixed. So in that moment , the insurance company wanted receipts from this body shop and the body shop refused to provide them and told them they were bought. All the body shop needed to do is provide them with receipts of the parts being bought because that's what the insurance was quoted from the body shop and they paid for that. He refused and got all defensive and does not want anything to do with me. He has blocked me from his account. I dont recommend this shop at all. He will be nice to you from the beginning but when you start dealing with him in regards to his work he gets defensive. One thing for sure that I will learn from this , is that deductibles are never waived , they are just added into what what is being charged to the insurance companies."
