The service was not only top-notch but also efficient. I was impressed by how quickly they got to work and even more so by how swiftly they got me back on the road. "I got an oil change here at this location. After leaving I noticed my car was smoking a bit under the hood. Understandably, I was concerned so I reached out to customer service. I was seriously impressed when the District Manager for this store (I believe his name is Robert and I apologize if I've gotten it wrong) offered to come to my house to check my car for damages. Luckily it wasn't caused by any mistake on the techs part AND he was able to help me diagnose what the issue was. This guy was awesome for that. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to peeps. Thanks for the OUTSTANDING customer service. You rock!"

"Is my first time going to this brand and the shop. I waited for a long while and since there’s a car in front of me, I went down to get some fries and a burger for my wife and three year old when I got back the car in front of me is still being worked on, so I waited outside, only to see a car that pull up Way behind when I pulled up got service first so I thought maybe they are friends with the oil change technicians so I didn’t say anything and just waited until the other car is finished an extra 15 minutes later a older white blonde lady come to me and say with a rude attitude that: you should’ve been in your car that’s why we worked on the other car first. I didn’t understand why she was telling me this since this is my first time visiting this brand of oil change. I proceeded to ask why would I need to be in the car? I’m not bothering anybody she started telling me that I could slip and fall. I could get injure but then I told her I’m not even inside your shop I am outside the shop just watching and waiting, then she give me a mean dirty look and tell me: you know what ?!move your car! roll this car out of here we don’t need you. she was talking to me with a really bad attitude as almost as I shouldn’t be there maybe it’s because I’m Asian I don’t know maybe she doesn’t like Asian I’m not sure but her attitude sure made me feel that way. I don’t know why she feels that she has to talk to me in a proud higher up authority person attitude. I don’t know what made her so confident that she has to talk to me like that maybe that’s how she talks to Asians that don’t speak English too well, but I’m not just any Asian I’m an Asian American that fought in Afghanistan and Iraq war with the Air Force, and a student at ASU who is going to make America great. I haven’t had anybody who talk to me with the attitude and facial expression like that for the last 30 years. I don’t know what her issue is and I’m not going to say some of the things that she say to me. But I’m just telling you guys this is not the shop that you want to build a relationship with they don’t have the best pricing and they don’t have customer service and they are other oil change places that you could go to like the Toyota dealer would do a synthetic oil change for $80 or Walmart will do it for $60 and other brand of oil change will do it for about $75 and I’m talking about full synthetic oil. the full synthetic oil I got at this price end up to be $127. It was not cheap and then I got scolded like some homeless person, She’s trying to get off her storefront. If she treats me like that, imagine how she would treat someone who is lesser than me, or if she ever got the power over other people she would probably totally abuse her power and just make other people feel small little and useless."

"I wish I had started coming to this place sooner. It's very convenient. I've never had to wait in line. I just pull directly into the bay and they start working on the oil change. They are super fast and friendly. I haven't gone any place else since I started going here. And I won't be going anywhere else! I recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for being so awesome!!!"
