"constantly leave my elderly aunt stranded at dialysis, shes currently been waiting 6 hours to come home. They show up maybe 10% of the time to even take her. ridiculous !!!! response to owner: sorry you must have me confused with someone else, she still hasnt been getting picked up and she did have return trips set up- several confirmation calls to dispatch confirms that. we've been asking family and friends to take her and pick her up, none of our calls have been returned. last we heard you guys were closed because you couldnt get into your building?? this is what one of the dispatchers told us. We will be looking into another transportation company. thank you"

"Drivers are friendly and know their job. Their knowledge of the streets and business locations is great. They keep the vehicles clean. They are in compliance with CDC COVID-19 procedures/protocols. Require riders to wear a mask. They get you to your appointments well before your appointment time. However, when it comes to after appointment pick ups, I've encountered wait times anywhere from 30 minutes to almost a hour and half. I believe they need more drivers. I recommend you make your transport reservation 24 hours or more in advance. Same day service is very unpredictable."

"I tried this company and 1 of the drivers were nice but when it came down to the scheduler making an error on my address they didn't want to take responsibility for it and cancelled my ride 5 minutes before my appointment. Will never use or recommend them. Noel if that's even her name was not friendly and was not helpful to me or getting me to my Dr's appointment."

"I had several appointments scheduled with this company. The majority of the time their drivers are really late. I get text messages stating there driver's are going to be there to pick you up at a certain and I end up calling their dispatch to see where there driver's are at. I missed one of my scheduled appointments and I had to cancel now I'm stuck paying the cancellation fee. Many of their drivers are rude because you tell them your going to be late. I'm cancelling all my trips and seeking a more reliable transport. I don't recommend them for serious appointments, there not trust worthy."
