"I Really like this place. I have been coming to this exact location for years upon years since I was only 17 (about to turn 33) its still great. The name back then used to be paradise nails and spa, however the quality here is still great. Good Manis and pedis for an affordable price. I got baby pink gel nails and they were only $15. What a bargain. Its in a great part of Gilbert too. This area is well landscaped and taken care of with extremely low crime, if any at all. I will be coming back here for new gels once these are done, guaranteed. at $15 how can you say no? Service was also super fast. I walked in at 10:10 am and left at 10:45. Quality service that won't take up your entire day. I don't know why some other people rate this place low. It's affordable, they do good work, and it's not to flashy. I will be coming back forsure"
"I haven’t been back to this place in so long. I had to visit as soon as I was in the Gilbert area. I used to be a regular and then moved back to Tucson. Now that I am in Chandler, it is easier to make this drive. It is worth the drive if you live remotely close to the area. The massage that you are used to when you get a manicure or pedicure just hits different here… it is the most relaxing experience I have had outside of a luxury spa. I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone. Definitely a Gilbert Gem!"
"I go here because it's convenient & the prices are good however, it's not an aesthetically pleasing nail salon (needs updating & cleaning/organizing/food removed/etc.) & they are not the greatest at customer service. Employees are usually sitting on their phones (even if there's a wait) laying on couches, and not trying very hard to multitask and keep the customers that come in. Engagement with clients is very limited and they often seem annoyed. It's a great location with the potential to do really well if they'd put some effort into a lot of different lacking parts. Maybe they don't need the business/money that bad which is why I'd recommend elsewhere if you're looking for a true spa experience."
