"H&S automotive is the only shop that would provide me with an estimate for a particular EV service on a Chevy Bolt. And their price is completely reasonable and affordable. I had already contacted three dealerships and none of them responded. And Gruelich Auto doesn't work on EVs. What a relief that I won't have to be gouged by a dealership for servicing a product they sold but for which they couldn't be bothered to provide me an estimate!"
"I will definitely be taking my car back to H&S Automotive for any repairs needed in the future! The owner is very honest and reliable and prices are fair. I brought my hybrid car in for lights that came on to check the charging system. They checked it out and then informed me that my car has a warranty I was not aware about and that I could take it to the dealership and they would replace what I needed for free. So I took my car to the dealership, got that situation fixed, and left the dealership with a list of other things that needed to get done. I brought that list back to H&S and they got everything done much cheaper. My car feels brand new! Thanks guys!"

"Tony, John, Lloyd ... These guys are top notch, cream of the crop. Such outstanding communication and customer service. I had what I imagined was an issue with my vehicle, brought it to the boys and they did their magic. Turns out, I'm just used to driving turbo'd vehicles apparently. Instead of appeasing my worries and selling me a performance modification or a part that I didn't need, they simply told me my car runs beautifully and tossed me the keys. And to top it off - they performed the diagnostic for no charge. Not only have they gained a customer for life, they have earned the business of my wife's as well. I thought I knew what an honest, reputable mechanic looked like, I have been informed of what 30+ years in the automotive industry and 5 stars truly looks like."
