"I would give zero stars if I could!! My mom and sister get their lashes done by Serena.. and I liked her work a lot. I was in town I live in Phoenix.. and I decided to get mine done.. and they turned out Horrible! Immediately coming off as l left the salon but the next morning the whole left eye was completely gone! And no I didn't pick at them at all.. my right eye didn't budge! She told me she used a sensitive glue.. which I didn't ask for! She also didn't ask me any questions about what I wanted etc. I wore a mask because I work in Healthcare and she blew her breath in my eyes to dry my lashes! Constantly.. which is weird because my mother and sister said she didn't do that to them at all! She used a fan... she only used a fan with me at the end! This was the worst experience I have ever had! | was appalled! I asked for my money back because I didn't want them redone and I was heading back home. They never got back to me or my mother! Very unprofessional! Do not recommend!"

"I visited this new nail salon near my home last week. Very nice & clean shop. Reasonable prices. All of the staff were very nice. I got a pedicure & acrylic nail fill. They did a good job & offered many different styles to choose from. They let me bump my appointment down a bit due to getting off work late. I appreciated that. I will be going back for sure! (*pics of nails are a week after visit) *UPDATE 1/4/24 & pic 2 & 3 added*: Nina is awesome! She is very fast & does a wonderful job. She gave her professional advice on shape & color for me when I was indecisive."

"My first two experiences here were very positive however my last experience were enough to prevent me from ever going back. I walked in right at opening on a Wednesday morning and a woman got started on my service. She said she had to call someone else in to continue working on them because she didn’t do the nail dips. I was in a hurry but ok fine, I waited. That person came in, started on my nails and not long after I was passed to a third person. I was agitated but this woman was perfectly lovely and carried on a nice conversation. I began to get increasingly agitated though when we approached the TWO HOUR mark for a simple dip set (no fancy designs) and she just kept going over and over my nails with the buffer to the point where several of my cuticles began to bleed. She dabbed them and instructed me to let them dry . I was in such a hurry I asked to quickly pay and be on my way. I went home and realized just how bad the bleeding was. Nearly every single finger had ripped cuticles. Washing my hands or brushing them against nearly anything was agony for almost a week!!!! I put Neosporin on in hopes they wouldn’t get infected. Additionally, many of the nails were not evenly colored. Ultimately I went back in and very nicely asked if they’d be willing to offer a refund for the pain I endured and also the sloppy job done. She apologized and agreed but stated she’d need to “call it in” because it was a couple days after the transaction. I left my number and anticipated a call. A week later no one had called me. I called the salon and got the same person who apologized for not calling me, but claiming she processed a refund. She said she’d call me later that day with a confirmation number. Another 5 days later and you guessed it- no call. And no refund. I’ve now contacted my bank and filed a claim there. Honestly, this is ridiculous."

"Do not go to this salon. I had 4 fingers cut and bleeding. Blood was left and not cleaned off during the service. Acrylic, and dust was left under my nails and I was peeling it off for days. The sides of the nails are not painted, there's bubbles in the gel Polish and polish all underneath the nails. I had them done 2 days ago and one has just popped off. Do not recommend this salon."
