"I'm super disappointed because I called to get my eyebrows done with Jenny on Friday, February 2nd, Bill answered and asked me to wait, started chatting in his language (Vietnam) and then said she wasn't there and asked me to call another day . I felt he was lying. I had to go to Walmart for grocery shopping (which is why I already wanted to get my eyebrows done) and I saw that Jenny was there looking at your phone as well as Bill and Kin and not to mention that you didn't have any customers at the moment. What a disappointment... I felt that I was no longer welcomed at this place after 5 years of being a customer. I had a very uncomfortable situation about 1 1/2 years a go with Kin where every time she did my nails it was done very well, and they were supposed to last about 3-4 weeks and always in less than 1 week I had to go back to do it again because the nail polish was starting to come off the nails. Until one day she was very harsh with me and said she wouldn't help me anymore, as if it was my fault and I was putting her in an embarrassing situation, and that Bill was going to help me now. Bill attended to me and did an excellent job until around mid-June/July -2023, but I decided to look for another salon where I was treated like a normal client because I started to feel really bad, it was a horrible atmosphere. Anyway, this is my rant... Super... hyper... mega disappointed."
"Billy always does such an amazing job! Every single time I leave I am beyond happy and for the price it’s a steal! He does such a great job I’ve gone over a month and they held up! I’m picky about my nails and he never disappoints!"
"My fingers are sensitive and Bill is always careful, he’s always helping me pick out colors when I can’t decide, and even with busy schedules he made it a point to fit me and my grandma in before Christmas. I’ve never been to a salon before this one that actually cared about their clients needs, and not just business."
"OMG I love them here! Everyone is so friendly and does such an amazing job. I just had these acrylic gel nails done and I'm in love! I also took my daughters to get manicure and pedicures and everything turned out so great! The only place I'll go, thank you guys for doing such an amazing job!!!"
