"Prior to passing on our 2016 van to our nephew, we took it in for a two year problem with a constant engine light and rough running. Curt's did a great job of troubleshooting and keeping us informed as to the issues. In the end they recommended a complete engine replacement as the best and cheapest option. They showed us exactly what was needed and why, and replaced the engine at a fair price in record time. After "road testing" for 500 miles, we brought it back in for an included oil change, and Curt's replaced an oil hose that was leaking. They then discovered a metal heater tube that had broken and also replaced that. We were in a time crunch for the van to get on the road, and Curt's came through, keeping us informed every step along the way. We are happy to report that our nephew drove it to California with absolutely no issues, and he is very happy to own an old/new van which has been treated so well by Curt's.
