"I come here every 2-3 weeks for acrylic fills and pedicures and I am usually always satisfied with the results. One time the particular tech I had that day didn't so such a good job, I wasn't satisfied but I let it go, and the next time I came back I showed the lady at the front and expressed my concerns and not only did she make sure I had a different tech, she started on my nails herself until the right tech was available, and they did a great job."
"Came in to get Gel X extensions on my fingers. The experience was pleasant. And then I got a gel pedi. The total though came out to 153 which was absolutely outrageous. I don’t know if they’re used to people not looking at the prices of the services they receive. But, I do. And they tried charging me 90 when on their website it clearly states 60 for gel-X. Instead of abiding by their listed prices. She then proceeded to charge me 80 saying “20 extra for the French tip and shaping (I got a basic almond. Nothing fancy)” my pedi was suppose to be 48 and she charged me almost 20 dollars extra for gel. Squeezing me for cash. Horrifying. Never coming back. Total rip off"
