"I have been coming here almost 4 years now. I came first years ago, then referred my Mom. After the first time, she was hooked. She sees Mimi and I usually see Ruby. Tracy the owner is the hardest worker. You can see her tending to clients, sweeping the floors, helping her employees and greeting the customers all at the same time. There is nothing she can’t do. They treat us like family and most of all, they treat each other like family. My little one even likes coming every time with us and they always spend a lot of time with her and do the cutest little designs. Everyone has been here a really long time and is very experienced and that is really important! Tracy goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has the best experience and it does not go unnoticed."

"Update: the owner reached out to me and offered to make my nails right. She was super friendly and gentle. My nails came out great. Thank you Tracy! First review: Was here for 3 hours for a full set and pedicure. The service was friendly but I asked for short nails and the lady doing them would not make them short like I wanted. Then I asked if she could do a specific design and instead of telling me no, she attempted the design which was nice but it came out horrible. Then I asked for no design but the paint job was bad. I eventually asked the guy doing my pedicure if he could fix my nails. He was really nice and agreed to fix them but they still didn’t come out great. See attached pic. Likely will be the last time I visit here. I paid $180 for a pedicure, full set, and my little girl got a manicure and pedicure. Pretty pricey."

"Always an amazing experience at valley nails ! Michelle and the team are amazing nail techs with years of valuable experience and incredible stories to tell. I come here and request that the techs free style my nails and I’m never disappointed, this Halloween theme set is incredible and it only took 45 minutes, Michelle created this look from the designs to the detailing herself. If you’re looking for intricacy and designs this is the salon for you, I have never been told a design is impossible at this salon. On the contrary, I’ve actually come out with more every single time. The atmosphere is booming with laughter and kindness and you can tell from the energy in the room that this is a close team. Tracy runs the salon with cleanliness and customer care as the priority. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the valley area."
