"I have been coming here for years and cannot complain about a thing! They always respect your choices and allow you to customize your experience (within reason). Their massages are good and you can easily let them know if you need it softer or gentler. Great color selection, gel selection, and color powder collection. Usually you can walk in for an appointment but I always recommend calling just incase they are busy."
"I walked in with my daughter to get both of our nails done. After the lady fumbled around for twenty minutes, another lady walked in to get her nails done, without an appointment, and the worker moved me to do the other lady's nails first. I was there first, this other lady didn't have an appointment, so there was no reason to move me. Such a bad experience. I chose to give this new salon a shot, and I regret it. I'll never be back."
