"I just wanted to Thank Meineke on E. Bell Rd in Phoenix for the excellent service on my 2006 Dodge Ram. I was visiting from Southern CA and had tried to diagnose my A/C system before I left for the trip, however I ran out of time. The 6 hours ride was not too bad without A/C but figured I would have it looked at before my trip home a few days later. Upon googling I found Meineke and called to see if I could come in and I reached McKenna who assured me they could look at my truck as all I had was a day to get it fixed. McKenna is very knowledgeable about cars and new exactly what I needed. She has wrenched before so she is the perfect person behind the desk and to be the voice of that location. She was really fun to talk to as well. Upon arrival, I asked to speak to the tech before he started on my truck to give the history of the A/C system. She brought out Trent, I gave him the info and he got right to work. There were some challenges along the way being that the trucks A/C was original (17 years) and had only received a charge once by me few years ago. Please note that you don’t want to ever use refrigerant with a sealer as it messes other parts of the system up. Trent did an excellent job working on this all day, cleaning and flushing until it worked correctly, he really knows his stuff. I felt the prices were reasonable for the work performed. Since I was out of town, McKenna made sure I had a Meineke near me and she found one about 20 minutes from my home for any warranty or future work I may need. The system might need a little more work later but they got me on the road and I am happy to report that my guests as well as myself were really comfortable having A/C again for the ride home. I make several trips to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area each year and I am happy to have a place where I can come should I need more service. I can’t speak any higher of McKenna and Trent. Thanks again! "I’ve been having my car service there for almost 8 months and it seems like every couple of weeks or a week that I pick it up to drive it. Something else goes wrong. I’m very frustrated it’s been eight months I miss the holidays with my car. something needs to be taken care of. I spent almost $7000. It’s getting kinda crazy. Assistant thank you very much.
