"Was disappointed that their website did not reflect the services that they offered. I was looking for a jelly pedicure which shows on their website but when we got there nobody knew what we were even talking about. Four stars mostly because I spoke to someone on the phone who verified this but also I drove pretty far out to take my little daughter to enjoy this. The technicians themselves did amazing work. It was not their fault. Clearly they just work there but definitely expected a much higher end experience."

"I went in today and got my nails done for my birthday. I haven't had the chance to do my nails in 5 years so today was a big deal. I wanted the chance to enjoy the girl time and not only are my nails not what I wanted. She never asked the length of what I wanted. "oh you like it short" she said and assumed that's what I wanted. The nail tech doing my nails rushed the dip process, said she would be back to check on it, and skipped the cuticle oil and didn't even make sure the polish was dry. She finished before the pedicure was even completed and went off to her next client while I was still waiting for her to return. I felt rushed through like cattle. I have been looking forward to this for weeks and I cried the whole way home. It looks like short stubby nails with cracked dry skin. We spent $200 and I regret this choice. My husband is taking me out for my birthday in a couple days and I'm embarrassed of my nails. I feel like I should wear gloves. We've been coming for a couple years and will not be back. When we called about, they didn't even offer to rectify it. They just said "oh sorry.""

"My name is Stephanie, my boyfriend and I just got pedicures from Pink Polish Nails Bar and we had an absolutely amazing first time experience! It was his first time getting a pedicure and he absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back again and make it a regular thing. Such a beautiful atmosphere and amazing staff! Our favorite part of the experience was the scented warm towel part and the foot rubbing! We appreciate everything the lovely ladies did for us. Thank you for reading my review."

"I have been looking for a nail shop for a long time now and I’m so happy i decide to book here! I walked in for my appt and they gave me just enough time to pick out a color (not a long wait at) Katie was my nail tech and she did amazing, and was very patience with me after switching my color/design 10 times. She took her time to make sure the length and shape i request was perfect!! She was also able to get my old set of nails off with out any pain, which is always the scariest part for me since my nails are sensitive even with out a full set on. I was in and out with in a hour which i think is perfect! 10/10 would recommend!! Next time i go I’ll try a pedicure as well!!"
