"Unsanitary !!!!! COMING FROM A FELLOW NAIL TECH! They do not clean their tools, tubs and stations!! They REUSE the same jets for the pedicures on every person WITHOUT PROPER sanitation! She reused the same DISPOSABLE (meaning one time use) tools on me and put them back into her box!! To make matters worse she used a foot file on me and rinsed it off with the jet and put it back on her cart!!! It was so unsanitary I ran to Walmart across the street to get anti fungal medicine after! My heels and toes hurt after this! DO NOT GO HERE."

"This was my first time coming here to the palazzo. I had a great experience, I arrived around 6:30pm and they closed at 7pm. My nail tech was really cool, he made sure he did exactly what I wanted and was not rushing! I have a long acrylic set! I will recommend 10/10 ! Thanks Toan I really love my nails and have received plenty compliments!"
"The more I look at my nails the more unsatisfied I am. I was just in Monday I work a low maintenance job I don't do much with my hands. Since Tuesday my nails have been blotchy, you can see the white dip powder through the color still. The top coat is bubbly and on top of that when the lady did my nails she cut my cuticles and I bled. One of my nails has even cracked. I type for a living, pretty sure my keyboard didn't cause this. First impressions are everything. Very unsatisfied with my nails, probably will not come back. No worth the price I paid at all"
