"My first time coming to this place as I was referred from another dental office. I have quite a fear and anxiety of dentists but the staff, hygienist, and doctor were extremely nice and supportive to help me build a plan for care even slightly going over my appointment time to ensure that I was well informed and comfortable about my treatment plans. Very nicely surprised!"

"I needed a new dentist, and I found this clinic online. I had some serious pain going on with teeth that I have not been taking care of, and I was able to make my appointment for an emergency visit online. I was treated so well by everyone that worked there. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Lawson was just great. I have had very traumatic experiences with previous dental offices, and have a genuine fear of work being done on my teeth, so I neglected seeing anybody because I was too afraid. When the pain got too much, I had to do something, and I’m so glad that I landed at this office. I was provided with an immediate and reasonable treatment plan, and was referred to a wonderful endodontist who promptly got me in and did a much needed root canal all on the same day. The prices I have been quoted are quite reasonable for a cash pay patient, given the cost of dental care these days. This is a very caring, patient oriented dental office, and I highly recommend them for anyone with a fear like I have."

"I received a phone call while I was on my way to my 11:30 appointment at 11:07 asking me if I was aware that I had an 11:00 appointment. At this point, I was already on the Watson off ramp and about to arrive 15 minutes early for my actual appointment time. Despite having a text message confirming that the appointment was set for 11:30 and having taken a day off work and gotten a babysitter for this appointment, I was told that they could no longer see me because of the 15 minute difference. The person on the phone even confirmed with me that she saw that the original appointment was scheduled for 11:30 and that she had no idea why it got switched. I was just going to find a new dentist and let it go without posting this, however I just got an email with a $54 bill for missing appointment. Absolutely unbelievable."
