"In my opinion, the dental practice of Todd S. Garrett, DDS is outstanding, and it is the best dental practice that I have visited in my lifetime. I have been going to this dental office on a regular basis since 2007, which is 13 years. During my most recent visit, on October 6, 2020, I observed that the lobby had been reorganized to comply with social distancing requirements for COVID-19. As always, the lobby was very comfortable, with calming lighting, and it was decorated beautifully. My appointment started right on time, at 9:30 am, and I was greeted by Jen, in the lobby. Jen appeared to be a dental assistant, and she was very friendly and very knowledgeable and very skilled at performing her job duties. Jen did an outstanding job of taking x-rays, performing initial teeth cleaning duties, setting me up with another appointment in four months, and other associated duties. I then met with Todd S. Garrett, DDS, and, as always, he was very friendly and very professional and very knowledgeable and very skilled. In fact, Dr. Garrett was very thorough at reviewing my x-rays, and he saw what appeared to be a possible cavity that was difficult to see, so he asked Jen to do a couple of additional x-rays for a better view, and he determined that what he had seen was not a cavity. Finally, my teeth were examined by Katie, and she is a dental hygienist in the office. Katie performed outstanding and very thorough cleaning duties with regard to my teeth. Katie was very friendly and very knowledgeable and very skilled, and she informed me with regard to measurements that she took and with regard to her observations and her recommendations for more efficient brushing and flossing. Katie also discussed issues in regard to my sensitive teeth, and she recommended a fluoride varnish, which I agreed to allow her to apply to my teeth. After Katie applied the fluoride varnish, she was very kind as she escorted me to the front desk, so that I could pay for my visit. I then left the office, and I was very happy, as the staff members had all been very kind and very professional, and they had done an outstanding job with regard to examining and cleaning my teeth."
