"I needed to have a couple of crowns checked and I was able to get an appointment within two days. It would have been sooner, but my schedule prevented it. After x-rays and the exam, it was determined that I needed both crowns replaced. Dr. Thomas and her team were able to fit and “build” both crowns in the office that very day. As always, Dr. Thomas demonstrated expertise, professionalism, efficiency, friendliness, kindness and warmth. I also want to mention what a great job Ashley did in assisting. The front office staff is always great and I appreciate all they do. I highly recommend this office."

"The dental hygenist, Steve, tried to tell me I had a procedure every six months that I had never had, and patronized me by saying my memory was bad. Then the billing gal tried to charge me and agreed with Steve that because I'm old it must have been a faulty memory. In reality they had gotten my husbands chart mixed up with mine, as he is the one that gets this treatment each time prior to mine, not me, but he declined this appointment. If the billing gal had noticed that I never pay because I only get a cleaning twice a year it would have saved a lot of embarrassment, or if she had been checking my insurance instead of my husband's she would have seen that this procedure was covered by my insurance. We have been going to Festival Dental for many years and absolutely love the owner Dr. Thomas, but this was unforgivable treatment with no apology from Steve or the billing gal, only Dr. Thomas."
