"Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time before I was taken back. After imaging & seeing Dr. Shaw, waited for over 40 minutes for a hygienist. After being there for about 1 hour and 40 minutes total, had to leave for another appointment, without actually ever seeing a hygienist. Absolutely love the staff here, but the efficiency & time management is lacking. I’ve just never had a routine dental appointment take an hour and 40 minutes, especially without seeing a hygienist. Unfortunately, will likely not be retuning."
