"My almost 4 year old was TERRIFIED to get her haircut. Robin was amazing, made her feel comfortable and did a wonderful job making my kid’s very very tangly hair look absolutely adorable! We will be coming back here for sure."
"My daughter and I took our boys 7 and 9 for a haircut and was expecting a lot more than we received. Haircut was bad and you charge too much for what you do. The ladies that cut their hair were very nice but they didn't have great cutting skills. Also when someone doesn't get their hair shampooed or dried you should charge less. Will not be returning to your salon Very disappointed."
"I’ve been coming here because my son likes the experience. However, the quality of the haircuts is poor. If you have an important event coming up or family photos, please reconsider where you take your kids to get their haircuts. All hairdressers are nice and seem to make the experience enjoyable for kids so 3/5 stars."
"I don’t usually leave reviews. However, this past weekend 11/19/23 I took my 11month son to get his first haircut for his birthday. The appointment was at 1:00pm we were there on time we had to wait another 15/20 minutes. They overbooked or don’t have enough personnel. The hairdressers Robin was kind. However, when it comes to my son’s haircut it was a disaster. The reviews on their page to schedule for an appointment for her (Robin) were high on 600+starts. Sadly her skills didn’t show in anyway possible. I was so sad and mad at myself for taken my poor son there. I had seen the previous google reviews and decided to give this place a chance, I wished I didn’t!!! Please Steer clear from a place that doesn’t invest in their employees to preform a decent job."
