"I was so happy with my haircut! I'm a curly queen and have been exclusively going to curly hair stylists for my cuts. However, after years of high maintenance cuts and "shelf" type layers, I decided to try something new. I was looking for a low maintenance, shag haircut and came across Forage Salon during my search. I was enticed by their welcoming atmosphere and helpful social media pages which showed past clients. Shaye, the owner and cutting specialist, did my hair, and I couldn't be happier! She started with a long list of questions and follow up questions to understand my routine and style boundaries. I work in academia, so I didn't want too over the top, but I really wanted layers, volume, and more bounce! Shaye absolutely nailed it, and she was a great person to chat with (a must for me when it comes to stylists)! I'm so happy I found her and this salon. I'm going to take my mom (who has spiral curls) for her next cut, because I know they will take good care of her!"

"I don’t always get my hair cut (maybe once or twice a year), but when I do, I have to go to Forage! I’ve been seeing Shaye for several years and I’m always so happy with how my cuts turn out! I got my hair cut very short almost a year ago and as it’s grown out the layers and shaping have stayed, giving my haircut a lasting, lived-in feeling. The studio is beautifully decorated which elevates the experience from the moment you walk in. They share my values being an LGBTQ+ safe space and low-toxic and eco-friendly environment. "Forage is a top tier salon in terms of value, quality of service, and overall environment. I had several haircuts with Shaye but my schedule changed and no longer fit their availability.
