"I recently received a facial from Ellie and it went above and beyond my expectations. As someone who has received them in the past multiple times, I can say hands down this was one of the best experiences I have. She was kind, respectful of my need for quiet time, responsive to my concerns, answered any questions I had, and had a gentle touch. I have issues with sensory overload, and she took the appropriate steps to ensure her environment was calming, music was at an appropriate level, and with no harsh lighting or smells. The experience itself is one I can not begin to describe. I lost track of time and left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with amazing glowing skin! Unlike my last facials at other salons, I truly felt that my time was valuable and I wasn't just another client. She also did a reiki experience as a part of the facial! I would highly recommend her and will definitely go back!"
