"Larisa has become the "go-to" stylist for our family. She only works the second half of the week nowadays, so it can be hard to book an appointment with her that matches our schedules, but her combination of friendliness and vast experience seems to have spoiled us to the point where we make it work one way or another! In fact, my father is convinced that she's the only stylist he's encountered that is able to successfully work his slowly thinning hair (i.e. how he likes it and thinks is most presentable, with minimal input/directions on his part), which means a lot to him!"

"I went for an all over color with chunky highlights and a shaggy haircut with bangs. I specifically told Jocelyn and showed her pictures of what I wanted and I told her I didn't want a bob but here I sit with my colors barely visible and a bob that I didn't want. She needs to listen to her clients. I spent a lot of money on this and being on a fixed income I can't go somewhere else to get it fixed. I won't be going back."
