She is everything you could ask for: she provides excellent services (as quick, precise and painless *waxes as possible, for those being waxed you KNOW this is the pinnacle of treatment), is knowledgeable and both uses and recommends quality skincare and products. She is punctual, always available to help schedule or move my appointment when those unavoidable conflicts arise, and she is also so kind and fun to chat with as I’m getting my treatment.
