"12/13/23 Again DO NOT go to this establishment! It has been 4 days and no one has reached out to me like they said they would. I'm truly disgusted with the way you handle your business. Worst haircut I've ever had in my 45 years of life and completely extremely way overpriced. I left a complaint with corporate and online. I won't even share a picture because I'm so embarrassed and upset."
"The cashier dose not tell you until after you confirm your reservation, that there is a 100$ cash deposit. So you have to pay double the amount to stay. Then the room had a gap in the door/frame wide enough that you can see perfectly in or out. And the bathroom sink handle was broken an kept falling into the sink loudly. An in three days we never seen a maid or got new towels, t paper nothing. So at check out I had to wait for the maid to tell the office everything was ok. Nope,three days with the same towels cost me 25$ taken out that 100$deposit. Warning Don't go to that one . It's a dump."

"If you want your hair done by an AWESOME stylist ask for Ness. I went in for full highlights, cut, shampoo and style and came out like an angel :) Ness took her time with me giving me an outstanding hairdo. She talks to her clients and treats them like royalty! It felt like I've known her forever! The staff are also very friendly making sure their clients are happy and leave satisfied.Thanks Cost Cutters!"
