"Well, I went on line Wednesday & booked an appointment for today, Saturday at 1:15 PM with Theresa. Received my confirmation for my Saturday appointment at 1:15PM. Then at 12:50 PM Saturday Brandy called to inform me that Theresa could NOT DUE MY HAIRCUT because she was doing a color &cut There was no one Available . Why did I book an appointment online. No APOLOGY, or anything.. Just told Theresa will call me later. I have an important dinner engagement tonight, so I will have to go without my hair being cut I have called multiple times on both Wednesday and today Saturday. The phone just rings and rings. NO ANSWER Dawn, the manager?, doesn't operate this store effectively nor efficiently.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. Signed:John Nicholson"

"I too wish I could give a ZERO to this business!!! Went here today Teresa was unclear about root touch up. After she foils me she says oh it's orange it may not get much lighter as I explained to you in the consultation. I told her YOU DID NOT EXPLAIN THAT to me or I wouldn't have let you touch my hair. I do not want orange or brassy roots. She became angry and rude, demanding she rinse me out before it could process and said you leave! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! What a nightmare this woman is"

"If I could give this place a zero I would. I had appointment there at 3:00pm on 11/20/23. First time ever..the person that attended to me to do my hair, her name is Sheryl "do not use her" she took me back to a chair without asking my name, what I was there for, didn't look at my information, just sat me at the chair and then start asking me about my hair color did I have a card with my information, well, no... this is my first time here, I told her. She ended up by saying well that's what I'm asking....NO that's not what you are asking and I said to her, no you didn't bother asking me my name, you didn't bother asking me if it was my first time? if I've been there before, what I was there for... nothing, you jus sat me down. So I asked her if her name was Brandi and she said no it's Sheryl, I said, well I thought I was being seen by Brandi per my appt info when scheduling. In my head I thought (the nice one) Brandi was on the next booth she overheard my conversation, asked if I wanted to reschedule with her, but unfortunately she had no openings until next Sunday, she was much nicer much presentable and good with her customers. She apologize for the other woman behavior, but after having that experience I decided to go somewhere else. So No, I would not recommend this place but that's just me. The place where all this happened was at the Rancho Vistoso 12112 N Rancho Vistoso Blvd, Oro Valley, AZ 85737"

"I went in for an appointment today. Was refused service because I had my service dog with me. 8 lbs and in a stroller. I was told rudely that it is against state board rules. They might want to read Arizona law It is a class 3 misdemeanor to refuse a service animal. Comes with a 350.00 fine. Cost cutter. You may want to educate your employees."
