"The same girl has been cutting my hair for 4 years, every month and I give her a generous tip. I checked in online and drove 20 minutes to get there. She had just gone on break. I waited 20 minutes and left. I guess a break is more important than a regular customer. Now I know and will not return."
"This is the second time my son has had his hair butchered at this location. He likes his hair longer but I like him to keep it out of his eyes. So we asked for a trim shorter so it wouldn't be hanging in his eyes. I don't know the stylist's name but she cut it completely uneven, it's not blended. He looks like Jim Carrey from dumb and dumber. She cut straight across uneven bangs more than halfway up his forehead. After he was done, he told me that she was the one that cut his hair so badly the time before. I didn't realize it was the same woman. We will never come back."
