"After being with them for over a year, I've decided to move on and here is why. Every time I scheduled an appointment, I was put in the closet to shut up.But I will not, Greece always forgets to block for my appointment, forgets to show up for appointments, taken efforts to do hair cut not to my asking, but to her opinion for my hair. And put other people in my appointment time and acts like it is no big deal to have me wait longer for which should of been my appointment time. Poor service!!!!!"
"I asked for my hair not to be cut much, she took off over 4 inches, and when I brought up its short she said no its not. asked to darken my hair and it was lightened , I showed a picture of a dark balyage and instead she made me completely blonde with a shadow root. I am so disappointed. I would have much preferred that they say they couldn't do it vs botching my hair"
