"The owner of this business rescheduled my appointment due to my nails not being ready to put nails on due to how brittle my nails are now….. She told me since I rescheduled she wouldn’t give me my deposit back which I’m not the one who rescheduled she did.! I do not recommend this place to anyone. Any other owner would have made it right! She says policy is in place but yet I never canceled I always spoke to them and sent pictures of my nails to them…weeks b4 my appointment so this owner is a liar!"
