"I decided to try this place out for eyelash extensions because the reviews I read seemed really positive and it was much closer to home than my usual place is. However I felt a little unsure from the start since I was trying to explain to the girl the look I wanted and she didn't speak English, she looked very confused and asked the other girl to come over and I explained to her and she relayed the info. I have never experienced PAINFUL application of eyelashes until today. I don't know what she was doing but it felt like she was pulling out my eyelashes one by one, I told her it hurt and she didn't understand what I was saying, she glued the corner of my eye closed and then had to call the other girl over to help. The girl I usually see does one eye and makes sure she's acheiving the look I want , this girl would not let me see, she kept saying when I'm done... when she was finally done she showed me and I wanted to cry. I paid almost double what I usually pay and it was not even close to what I asked for, I even showed a picture since I wasn't sure she was understanding when I spoke to her.the other girl who did speak English came back and asked me if I liked them, I told her no, it's not what I wanted at all and I was very unhappy. She just kind of chuckled and told me to pay now. 2 days after the application my eyes were still very sore and hurt to wash along the lash line, and by day 5 my right eye was basically naked. I will never go back here and would not recommend to anyone! As a matter of fact I have told my friends and sisters to avoid this place at all cost. Not worth the time, money or pain."

"My lashes looked great & I had a wonderful experience in the salon! I was excited to find this place. Unfortunately by day 4, half of the lashes on one eye were gone, with my natural lashes still intact - despite following the care instructions exactly. When I contacted the owner I was told that their policy only covers your lashes for 3 days, the fall out was probably something I did & that I would need to pay for a fill... Lash extensions are supposed to last at least 2 weeks before looking as terrible as mine did by day 4. I’ve never had lashes fall out so fast. I went elsewhere for a fill, and it is now day 8 since my fill and my lashes still look brand new. I would not recommend this place as they wont fix their mistakes and there was obviously something wrong during application. Terrible customer service.."
