"They did an ok job on my nails but the guy who did them was not very friendly (Tony) and he seemed annoyed with me anytime I talked or had a question. Service seemed rushed but what irks me the most is when they start yelling at each other in thier native language... it sounds like they're talking negatively about customers which is super rude. I used to go there every 2 weeks along time ago and it was never this bad but it seems they do not value customer service anymore. I will not be coming back ever again. I found a better place that doesn't over charge."
"I went back today to get a color changed and I had notice that my nails where not filed correctly as well. I thought it was just me but when I went for a color change the lady who help me went in on my nails to also reshape them( I didn’t ask for that she just did it) which I knew I was right . I just showered and gel polish was just peeling off. The lady said she would do an ombré but this is not ombré. Never going back Patrick was the one who did my nails the first time the second time I didn’t get the lady name. Never going back again."
"I went in on recommendation from my sister because her nails were so nice, but mines didn’t turn out that way. It felt like my nails were basically being rushed. I asked for blue French tip and the blue was so crooked and you can see where they glued the fake nail on. I really wanted to like them but they weren’t worth $65 in my opinion."
"I went there to get my eyebrows done. Soon after I wiped the aloe off I noticed my eyelids were burned. I went up there today and asked for a refund. They were nice but would not refund my money.They kept trying to offer me a certificate for their salon. I simply walked out and declined the certificate but I felt it should have been handled differently."
