"I got my hair done there a while back and I felt bad writing a bad review but I want to save other people from going through what I did. It was supposed to be a root touch up of all over baby lights. 10 hours later!! 10!! And my hair was a mess. Orange ugly roots and she stripped my hair multiple times because she couldn’t get the toner right either. The owner didn’t seem to care either. Do yourself a favor and avoid a traumatic hair experience like I had."

"I hesitated before finally writing this review. After consulting with my cousin, who is a professional stylist in Atlanta I decided to so that I can make others aware. Bottom line up front, the products, to be more specific the toners wash out within one wash. That’s even with using a shower filter for the hard water, and using Olaplex purple shampoo. I’ve had my hair done in 3 different countries in Europe, all having hard water and my toner lasted as long as I used purple shampoo until my next appointment. When I left the salon, my hair was exactly what I wanted, but After one wash, my ashy cool blonde turned bright yellow/copper. The stylist ended up doing another toner for free, same thing happened. Toner washed out with just one wash. I can’t speak for other products, but after talking to other stylists, a toner should not wash out after one wash. Beware, you’re hair will look great immediately after having it done if you’re an ashy cool blonde, but after one wash you can kiss it all goodbye. Money wasted and now have an appointment with someone to fix this in another state."

"I had a great experience during my hair appointment today with Lolli. I was welcomed in and greeted before I could even sit down. She offered me drinks and snacks and always checked in to see how I was doing throughout my hair coloring process. She took the time to talk to me and figure out what I really wanted which means a lot to me. She also talked to me about upkeep, after care and styling my hair. I love how my hair turned out and highly recommend her! I can't wait to go back for my touch up!!"
