"The owner is racist I'm sure!! I went to buy some beauty supplies and she locked me inside!! Then refused to open it, once she did my friend stood outside, I would and she still had attitude. She has always BEEN RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND HONESTLY GIVES SALLY'S A BAD REPUTATION!!! I EAS ALAWAYS RESPECTFUL, BUT AFTER THAT LAST EVENT, I NEVER WENT BACK!"

"Sally's stores in general have never been pleasant to shop at. The staff is usually pretty rude and inattentive. Their return policy is ridiculous! I hadn't shopped at a Sally's in YEARS bc online shopping is easier, and decided to go in this last weekend to buy a new straightener. Their stock was terrible, and the recommendation that was given to me did not work out. They would not let me exchange (not a refund, just exchange!) bc I didn't have my receipt. I literally went back in the next day and dealt with the SAME sales associate. I understand there are policies she needs to follow, but they should update theirs. At least be able to pull me up by my phone #. Online shopping is just so much more convenient. Returns and exchanges are much more easier! Never doing business at Sally's again. There are so many other BETTER options out there. Thank goodness for that!!! Sally's is terrible."
