"I was in an accident and due to my circumstances I had to rent a car from Enterprise in Kingman, AZ for nine and a half months. The entire staff was accommodating, friendly, and understanding. Nick was so helpful and went above and beyond in his service and support to me. The only thing I wasn't satisfied completely with, which had nothing to do with Kingman Arizona location. Was the fact that due to getting my insurance discount, I wasn't able to obtain rewards for my rental the entire time."

"A huge shout out to the Enterprise company and a sincere Thank you to Nick! I made a reservation and everything was going great until it wasn't. Nick was able to explain the process, arrange the rental and get me on the road in time. During the trip we ran into snow and a grid locked I-40. Needless to say the trip went longer than we had planned. Enterprise even called and asked how we were doing on our adventure. The drop off was just as wonderful and quick with the entire office asking if we had any questions or concerns and if they could help in any other way. Completely satisfied with the entire process.
