"When you overhear the mechanic say “I don’t care , it’s his truck , his problem down the road “ over being asked a simple question and not wanting to double check if it’s the right part or not , is ridiculous. Unprofessional. We as truck drivers come to you for help. I pulled my truck out of the shop, don’t need anyone with that attitude working on my equipment. I will gladly take it to a mom and pop shop who have pride in their job."
"One of the few truck stops that actually have an outgoing mailbox so us truck drivers can have a place to mail or post cards or letters back home. I truly really do appreciate you guys. Your restaurant the Black Bear Diner is off the hook I love that place and I stopped an hour early than what I was supposed to so I can stay at your truck stop. Thank you for actually having a place to let us truck drivers come in and have a sit-down meal and not going to truck"
"It's a great place for anything a traveler needs but I was a little disappointed that their gas prices were higher and the restaurant was closed. I love Black bear restaurant and was anticipating sitting down to a good meal because i was very hungry. With the amount of traffic I think they should be open 24/7. They advertise breakfast, lunch, and dinner."
"Friendly staff, men's restroom stays filthy, dust and so thick in the toilet stalls you can write your name them, always out of dry towels. Black Bear and Popeyes restaurant excellent service. Food at the Black Bear is awesome and delicious! Truck parking plenty!"
"Decent prices on gas. The Black Bear Diner made this a perfect experience. Excellent service. Good food and plenty of it. They don't joke when they say you won't go home hungry"
