"We have a 2022 Bronco that we needed to get setup as a toad vehicle to a Roadmaster frame. We received a quote from a major brand RV center, which seemed costly and hadn't worked on a Bronco yet. While in Yuma at a RV park we saw this company's ad and contacted them for a quote. Talked to Diann and she stated they had already completed the process on a new Bronco. She question some of the items that the other vendor quoted that possibly was a bit over kill. Her quote was $2k less and it had the more suitable tow bar, (Falcon 2 less weight) and the correct brake assist, (Air Force 1 air brakes). Because of this and their reviews we decided to go with this small local business. We scheduled our appointment, for a month later, since we were in California, and sent the deposit check. Everything went perfect and instead of two days (14 hours) to prep the Bronco they had both techs work on it and got it done in one day. "Had a driveline disconnect system added to my FJ cruiser. Now that it' done it rattles all the time. Drives me crazy! Also the shift mechanism is bolted to the differential and hangs down in the way and can get ripped off or damaged if you're doing any semi-serious rock crawling. Nobody brought this to my attention before I spent several thousand dollars adding this system to my FJ. Had I known these two existing limitations I would have gone on using my trailer. I Ask them if they would at least refund my money for the shifting portion and let me shirt it manually and they said no They would not take it back. I'm going to remove it and just shift it in an out manually from underneath the car. The part I want to return is an expensive part but they will do nothing for me. Not very happy!"
