"Gross Incompetence and Unprofessionalism - Stay Away! My recent encounter with JR's Mobile Service Inc. has left me utterly dismayed. I entrusted my 2000 Southwind RV to them, seeking assistance with what I suspected to be a transmission issue. However, instead of conducting a proper diagnostic assessment, they blindly accepted my assumption without question. Without any thorough inspection, they proceeded to pull my transmission and have it rebuilt by a local shop. To my dismay, it soon became apparent that their diagnosis was unfounded and their actions were driven solely by negligence and incompetence. Subsequent discussions with a transmission shop revealed that there was no need for a replacement at all. JR's Mobile Service Inc. had taken my word at face value, demonstrating a shocking lack of professionalism and disregard for proper protocol. Despite their glaring error, they showed no willingness to acknowledge their mistake or take responsibility for the unnecessary costs incurred. Once the rebuilt transmission was installed, they called me to tell me that the RV is still not running properly and requires further diagnostic. When I asked them to "meet me in the middle" and give me a complimentary diagnostic they told me to "Bring us the $5,000.00 and take your RV or you will be charged a $38 per day charge for storage." No doubt I played a part in this situation...I should not have tried to diagnose the problem my self, in the dark with no tools on a road trip. I also should have told the guy, "Make sure you plug into this thing and diagnose the problem." Their refusal to rectify the situation highlights their sheer incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. I am thoroughly disappointed by the unprofessional conduct displayed by both the technician and the manager. This experience has not only resulted in financial loss but has also shattered any semblance of trust I had for this new generation of mechanics. I strongly caution anyone considering JR's Mobile Service Inc. to seek assistance elsewhere. Their blatant disregard for proper procedures and customer well-being is unacceptable and should serve as a warning to potential clients. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of JR's Mobile Service Inc. - Robert"

"They saved us from being broken down on the highway. Got us up and running so we could move the R.V. then got us new parts and fixed quickly and correctly. 20 stars if I could. Nice to see a business that’s built on hard work, service and integrity!"

"While Rene was not able to fix our coach, he did drive 50+ miles to reach us. He brought multiple parts in anticipation but ultimately diagnosed the real problem. He then contacted another repair shop that could get the right part and install it onsite. He even checked back in with us to make sure mechanic number 2 helped us. Great human! And he is very knowledgeable."

"We are on a trip in our rv, and we discovered a leak from our shower. We couldn't find it, so we called JR'S, and they came to us. Ernie was the nicest guy and fixed the problem right away. Rene and Johana, the owners we so accommodating. If I could give 10 stars, I would."

"Every once in a while you meet someone who restores your faith in humanity. René (spelling?) is honest, hard working, super knowledgeable and thorough. We spotted a coolant leak in our Class A, and a family traveling with us couldn't build air in their Class A. We tried our best to identify the culprits, but couldn't. We called JR's and they came out the next morning to service us in El Centro. We happily paid the 2 hours driving and service fee. He immediately found the issue with the other class A and started diagnosing my class A for the leak and found a stress fracture in the coolant line from the air compressor. Several calls later we had parts, he replaced them, showed me other coolant lines that needed replacement, and replaced them as well. He also identified a cracked belt that surely would have stranded us sooner than later. Shame on me for not inspecting. I had just had PM done at Borders International in Las Cruces and they didn't mention a thing about it. :( Live and learn on that! Do your own inspections. He replaced the belt, drained and replaced the coolant, replaced the lines, and showed me a few more items that needed attention soon. Good people are hard to find these days, if you need good people, you've found them here with JR's. I can't thank him enough."
