"A&G came through when I needed the most. My motorcycle went off the cliff from dead end road. I spoke with Don over the phone who put me at ease instantly by assuring that no matter what they will help me. He sent the driver (Jonny) straight to my hotel. Jonny was knowledgeable and found the best way to pull the bike out with little to no damage. He truly cared for my bike not to be damaged in the process. Jack got on sight and made sure bike was secured properly on flat bed. Bike was safely brought over right at dealer for repairs. I can not THANK them enough for getting me out of situation. I dealt with at least 3 towing companies before for the same matter but A&G stood up. Don’t hesitate to use their services."

"Worst service ever too 2 different tow trucks took more than 5 hours pull me just to the side of the road with outrageous charges. I see why highway patrols calls them and disencourage people to call other towing companies."

"I visited Needles for a couple of days and needed a tow. This was the only place in town that was reasonable, quick and actually had good customer service. Everywhere else I called was horrible and extremely unfriendly. Skip all the others in Needles, CA and call these people first!"

"Don't even try to call these folks, without any idea they just trow high prices without even trying to work it out with the customers. Called to get a quote on getting a semi unstuck from a quick sand at the desert and immediately was told a minimum two hours with a astonishing $350 price with something that wont take more than 45 minutes. They just money hungry. Thanks but no thanks..."
