"Tried to price gouge me and gave a ridiculous quote after my car got towed in by AAA. Always get a second quote before getting work done and never go to this shop unless you want to waste your money."

"I took in my vehicle beause I felt like my A/C wasn't as cold as it should be. The first day they had it he called and said the compressor was good but they found some leaks. The second day they had it he said they were Changing some parts for the A/C system and filling the freeon. The third day he called and told my husband it needed a new compressor(even though he said it was fine on day 1) and would call back with a price. When the other guy called near closing time he quoted us $1100. By this time I was not feeling very confident because of the run around they gave me. I decided to just come get it. So basically they had it 3 full days charged me $450 just to tell me it was going to be another $1100 more. I ended up taking it to Auto Air Conditioning Specialists in Washington who had it 3 days tested everything and found the compressor was working just fine! The guy there didn't even charge me because they do free estimates! So save yourself the time and money and take it to Auto A/C Specialists where they are honest, won't price gouge you! They treat you like a king and they do all repairs not just A/C! I'll never go to Tunex again!"

"First experience was good. That’s why there is one star. So I went back several times with different problems on two vehicles Sadly my other experiences were not good. I got one vehicle repaired elsewhere at less cost and the guy found the problem quickly when rabbit told me I needed a new fan which I did not. A mouse had made a nest in the filter On my other vehicle nothing was ever repaired. I fell victim to rabbits effusive personality ir would have never had more work done. I spent $1000 for two repairs on that vehicle for nothing. One thing he did was put in a used part without telling me that’s what he was doing. It failed in three days. The other repair was a total disaster with them working on the wrong part causing more problems. Maybe he thought he would save me money I don’t know. But it was obvious I need an oil pump I should have made they review under another name because to be honest he really frightened me. I think others should know about my experiences"

"On the way from Provo to Searchlight Nevada I lost my transmission near Washington city Utah a few weeks ago. I have a large oversize truck large tires and apparently the weakest link had been the transmission which was not a super duty. I did not know this. Since I don’t know much about engines my father and rabbit who manages the store there at two annex in Washington city were together to figure out what was wrong with the truck and to make sure it was repaired correctly. After some of the most thorough testing I have ever seen, it was determined I did in fact need the super duty transmission. After the installation thorough inspection and calling an inspector out from Ford to make sure that everything was OK I received my wonderful truck two days ago. I couldn’t be happier!!! We just got back to Searchlight, and my truck is very happy, and Ran better than ever. A BIG Thank you to Rabbit, Tunex, my father, and all the mechanics and staff."
