"We scheduled a time for 3 pedicures, and the chairs were available when we arrived. Kelly was THE SWEETEST. They may not have kids pedicure chairs, but they have mastered the accommodations for littles. The hot stone massage during the pedicure was a magic touch."

"Unfortunately, my daughter’s experience today at The Nail Lounge was less than ideal. She & her friend called beforehand & made an appointment for a fill and some gel nails. When they arrived, the employees neglected to greet them or welcome them to the business. When someone finally acknowledged my daughter, it was to tell her to “pick a color”. There were only 2 employees, who were already in the middle of giving someone else pedicures. My daughter chose to still get her nails done, even though they could no longer do both hers and her friend’s at the same time. She instantly regretted it when the employee was rather rough with her hands & fingers while filing and maneuvering them. The employee told her that she “didn’t have the energy to talk to her while she was working since she was too tired”, which can be absolutely understandable. What isn’t acceptable is how rough she was with her physically and the horrible quality of the manicure. The employee only painted one coat of a very pale pink polish, resulting in a nearly transparent coat of translucent pink tint. My daughter is 18 & works hard for the small paychecks she receives. When she chooses to spend her hard-earned money on things to pamper and reward herself, she wants it to be a positive experience. She and her friend didn’t feel valued as a customer today & were displeased with the services they received. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be returning."

"The product here is quite old. I don't know if I picked a bad color or something, but it was chunky and clearly very very old. The nails chipped in less than a day. The owner was very kind, however. I was a little uncomfortable with the loud discussions taking place between her and colleague but maybe it was an off day (they were making quite personal conversation and she mentioned needing money a lot). I've been torn on leaving the review because although I really liked the owner I was not happy with the product used and I felt the conversations being had were crass and inappropriate. I might give this place another go, and update my review from there. It could have been just an off day for the staff and I could have picked a very unpopular color."

"I decided to try a new nail salon. I chose Nail Lounge and had the best experience. Went in for a pedicure, and decided to get my nails done and eyebrows waxed! Such a fun salon, and Kelly really lifted my spirits. I made a new friend today. I will be back!"
