"It was really clean, and the manager (I'm assuming she was) who ended up bringing my children and I our food was super nice and friendly. It was very organized and everything was freshly stocked, The bathrooms were nice and clean also."
"This may be one of the worst McDonald’s locations in Arizona. Staff is not friendly probably 80% of the time that we come through the drive-thru. They make all of their customers pull to the side of the building and often forget about them for 20+ minutes and by the time that they receive their food, it is cold or missing items. Rarely do I ask for refunds personally, I just want the food and leave but this evening asked for a refund because of the unacceptable service and missing items in my bag, and was told that they couldn’t refund me due to the system being down. Absolutely poor service in most aspects of the word “business”."
"I went through the drive through approximately 3:12 AM on Thursday. A guy named Coda took my order and did not give me the buy one and get 1 for a dollar deal. They were only accepting cash at the moment which is usually typical at that time. And that's the reason why they didn't give me the promotion that's what he said. And I couldn't even get a receipt. I strongly recommend not coming here at 3 o'clock in the morning."
"Janine is so friendly. She will light up your whole day. Each employee here smiles and greets you like you are the most important person ever. It’s so nice to be treated so great. The service is fast, and accurate and the food is hot. You can’t ask for more. I will always be loyal to this location because of the fantastic service. Give Janine a high up position so she can train others in her amazing ways."
