"I'm really hoping this review results in greater improvements with the overall buying experience for future customers. I'd love to return again when inspired. The service I received lacked the basic information needed to sell shoes. All they did was read the box. They were of no help at all. In the middle of helping me, she said she had to leave. A moment later, she was helping someone else. When looking for a certain pair of shoes that were on display, there wasn't a single box for sale in any size. I went with the intention of purchasing at least two pairs of shoes and left empty."
"I came in and got some shoes that I really loved. My dogs chewed them up unfortunately and I was really bummed out so I took the chewed shoes in. I am incredibly satisfied on how they helped me and would highly recommend getting your shoes here. I will be going here again!"
"Not a very good selection of Dress shoes. There sports shoes are the standard brands.(Nike, Puma, Adidas, Sketcher, Reebok) Seems like they pic the ugliest kind and put it in the Store. They did have a good selection of hiking boots and shoes. ( Timberland, Merrell, Columbia) The Staff was not very friendly. Half of them clueless when you asked them a question. Please Shoe Carnival train your staff better."
