"I called in advance to make sure they had helium. They were able to blow up 2 larger sized balloons for a birthday celebration event hough I bought them elsewhere. Clerks are fast and friendly."

"Beware if you order online! They will only give you store credit…will not allow you have items that you return credited back to original payment. Management not managing store well…we came on a weekday and see the line. Also you need to order balloons a week in advance or they won’t inflate in time for your event. The Baseline Party city is managed must better if you can go there instead."

"I ordered balloons two weeks in advance of the occasion. When I picked up my order, some balloons were missing. Apparently the cashier the day I ordered had made a mistake. I spoke to the manager who informed me that she could not accommodate the 4 extra latex because they were too busy. I asked for an exception since I had assumed my order was placed correctly. She said if she made an exception for me, she'd have to do it for everyone. It's not like I had just walked off the street and expected balloons. She agreed to inflate 4. However by the time she argued with me, she could have done one more, actually many, if she'd wanted to. Attached is a picture, none of the latex balloons lasted 8 hours. I am very disappointed as they have made some great balloon decorations for us in the past."

"Party City is a fun place to shop. When you walk in, they have the most current and upcoming holiday decorations. I was shopping in February, so they had lots of Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, and Easter decorations up front. They also have items separated into colors for themed parties. There were many different colored beads and masks for Mardi Gras or a masquerade. Lots of kids themed items for birthdays-Pokemon, Paw Patrol, Disney, Super heroes, etc. There milestone age party decorations (21, 50, etc) as well as sports team colors, rolls of tickets and armbands, plates, napkins, cups, disposable serving pans, etc. If you need inflated balloons, order them at least a week ahead of time. Walk-in balloon orders avg. 20 min to 1 hour depending on the day and time you stop by and how they are staffed. For management: *The young ladies working there are always very helpful, but sometimes they seem very understaffed. It is very hard for an employee to ring up customers, acknowledge people in a line, assist other customers who need help finding something, take balloon orders, answer the phone and help the person on the phone when they have a line of people and can't leave the cash register area. *Please walk your aisles every week. It was Feb., but there were discount signs for sales that ended in December. This is awkward for the customer and your employee when it doesn't ring up correctly. *It is the year 2020, although most shoppers have smart phones, some people actually use their phone to call businesses. I tried calling and it took over 20 rings before someone picked up to put me on hold. At least get a recording on your phone that gives the store address and business hours. *Maybe have a section with some already inflated balloons that customers can grab and pay for instead of waiting 20+ minutes to get inflated."

"Went there to grab balloons for a birthday party and they were sold out of one of the mylar balloons I wanted. So settled for an alternative that was a little more expensive but similarly themed. I asked if they would discount it since they didn't have the balloon I wanted and they declined. Furthermore, I walked around the store to kill time and the shelves were either fully stocked or barren. Finally, there were miscellaneous boxes just hanging out waiting for the contents to be stocked. Made for a sloppy experience all around."
