"I had my appointment set for 2/17 at the Chandler location. I showed up and they did not have my part to fix my phone. They are closed until Monday and still have no phone. You should not schedule a service for someone if you do not have the part. Once I get the screen I paid for from you, I will no longer continue my business with this company."

"I was sent to this store for a repair through Assurant insurance from Tmobile. What should of been a "quick 30 mins screen repair" turned into a little over 1.5hrs. When I finally got my phone back, I noticed the back cover was coming apart. I went back they they attempted to repair it again. The guy at the counter put the re-repaired phone into my phone case and said.. it's all fixed. 15 mins later, I wanted to install the Sim card.. took the cover off and the back plate fell off completely. I turned on the phone, the screen is half lit and dim, and the camera doesn't work.. When I called them to tell them about all this and they had the audacity to blame me for the issues. And Assurant wants to charge me $249 for a replacement, when their own shop destroyed my phone. Here is what was found.. - The original seal was half torn off and double sided tape was used to re-adhear it.. not thermal adhesive.. damaging the water proofing - The screen was dim because the cable is damaged and shorting out the new screen - The camera cable is is damaged, so the phone can not detect the rear facing camera. - The charging port chips etc was damaged but it works for now.. it gets hot when charging. My phone was 6 months old.. now its a $1300.00 paperweight.. they destroyed it and blamed me for these issues.. I will be filing a claim with their insurance company"
