"The Customer service was amazing. They were very friendly and polite. The drinks were amazing and the food was warm and delicious. The order was quick. When they didn't have what I wanted the worker offered a substitute and it was good. Great service !!!"
"3 stars because the drive thru is quick, food is always good, and usually people are nice. However, I was in earlier today and ordered a grande caramel brûlée late with an extra shot. I tasted my drink and it tasted like espresso, water, and a splash of milk. I went in shortly after and had explained that my coffee was not good. The girls response was “maybe we forgot the syrup” ??? Forgot the syrup? Never have heard that excuse before so that’s a new one. Just some advice maybe don’t forget the syrup and you won’t have to remake peoples coffee."

"Gave me the wrong size coffee in drive thru then made me take it because “that’s what you paid for”, girl was super rude, didn’t even care that she made the wrong size. I wouldn’t have even cared except she was so mean about it. Maybe she had a bad day but still sucked to be treated like that."
