"I placed an order for 22" Top and 3.5" Riding heel with a 4A toe on 2/23. I received The Dallas boot on 8/23. They know how to make show piece boots. The Fit was fantastic with the correct essential measurements given over the phone. Take your time when taking your own measurements. Leather colors were spot on like the website picture which they added a little red to the pull straps (Nice touch). Each time I wear them they just get better! Thank you to the Boot Artisans at Paul Bond Boots."
"After a very large deposit and 5 months of waiting, they didn't fit! I can't wait another 5 months for a redo. Let's cancel the order and maybe we can come back another time. Sure, but there is a 35% restocking fee! It's been the policy forever. There is nothing in writing to tell you about it. Anywhere! We won't be back."

"Do not buy anything from this company. They are frauds, and thieves . My husband ordered a pair of boots 11.11.21. and was told that he would have the boots in 5-6 weeks. Three months later he called and sent an email asking about the boots. Received no response. I then called in June 2022, to which Michael said they would be shipped out in the next few days and confirmed our address. Still nothing. They will not answer our calls. My husband was finally able to reach them 12.14.22 and requested a refund of $760. To which Michael told him to send an email with his information, which my husband did, and he still has not received a refund. My husband has left several messages and received no response and no refund. This is a fraudulent company that steals from out of town buyers, do not buy from them."
"What an amazing place to go to see. you'll see how their beautiful custom made boots are made. their service is very friendly. I forgot the name of the friendly young man that helped us but he's the tallest Mexican you'll ever meet. their boots are beautiful pieces of art as well as high quality items . My husband has a pair that he owned for 30 years and they're still in perfect condition."
