"Severely understaffed location. Very poorly managed. Went in on a Saturday around 2:30 pm. 25% the tables were dirty, 50% empty, and maybe 25% were seated. Waited at the front for about 10 minutes to be acknowledged and our name put on a list and then another 25 minutes to get seated after being quoted up to 15 minutes. Several groups came in and left since they were not acknowledged. Not once did a manager or anyone stop by to give any updates. Finally when seated, no server came to our table until taking the order of two other parties that came in about 10 minutes after us. Although friendly, the staff did not seem trained. Again a management problem not a server problem. Kitchen was out of sweet potato tots."

"The beer is cold and the hostess and waitress loved to serve and made me feel very welcome. I ordered the pretzel and it was well-buttered and had just enough salt. The burger I ordered was as unique as it comes...bacon, peanut butter, and grape jelly. It was delicious but I felt so ashamed of myself afterward. It's not often I feel this was but thank you it was awesome. I enjoyed. The burger was too small for the bread. This establishment could have easily been a five-star. Plenty of TVs for sports."

"We were given a $50 gift card for our anniversary to this restaurant. We decided to give this place a try. I did like that you could seat yourself. We were acknowledged within minutes of sitting down. We ordered our drinks, but I was already not okay with the Arnold Palmer I ordered. It tasted too watery to me. I didn't ask if they brewed fresh tea or not, but it tasted like tap tea. I was so excited to try their gold mustard wings, but when I took the first bite, it did not taste like gold mustard. It tasted like BBQ sauce instead. I had a choice of half or full order. I ordered a half order, which was only 5 wings for $11 (over priced) and I tasted blood of the chicken. I could only eat 3 wings. Oh!!! It came with ranch, and it was filled only halfway and ended up ordering another side of it and was charged for an additional 50 cents. I thought that was a rip off as well. You can see it in the picture. However, the garlic parmesan fries did taste really good. We ended up eating it all. Another overpriced dish for $11 as well. We ended paying close to $47 plus tip and I left hungry. My meal alone was $25 with the drink and leaving hungry after paying that price was a big disappointment. Just saying ... So, the overall experience was just okay for bar food. We will not be returning. Our server had to be told to do refills instead of keeping an eye on our table. They weren't busy enough to be used as an excuse not to notice we had empty drinks. Best of luck ..."
