"One of our best ever dining experiences in Scottsdale. Edgy decor, simply incredible menu and wonderful service. We had a table for 8 and really enjoyed the whole experience. We were waited on by Maura who was 10 out of 10. Leave room for dessert! Tasmanian salmon was the group favorite but don't omit edamame and shrimp tempura."

"Uchi was a Japanese experience for me, where I was able to try new dishes I haven’t had before and some of my favorites at the highest quality available. My favorite dish by far was the Gyutoro, the short rib is cooked to perfection and melts in your mouth. The Pork Belly was amazing and is a perfect appetizer to start with. The restaurant is beautiful inside and is the perfect place for a date night or birthday dinner and the servers are able to help with all questions you have."

"Absolutely insane!!!!!! A new spot in Old Town that will blow your mind. It was so good the first night that we ate there a second night in a row. I think I've now tried almost the entire menu. The service is top notch, the presentation of each dish is creative, & the food itself makes my mouth water, just thinking about it. I didn't taste a dish I didn't love. It's not inexpensive, but definitely worth every single penny. I had cocktails the first visit & they were all excellent. And I had wine the second night. I thought the wine selection was adequate (not huge), but versatile and well priced. You'll be happy you visited. From the moment you walk in the door the vibe and staff is welcoming! There's nothing else like it in Scottsdale."

"Our first time to Uchi and all of the food was phenomenal. We went during happy hour so we tried a variety of dishes. I haven’t had such fresh tasting food back in the states as I did here. The presentation on every plate is exquisite. Also the dish is explained in detail when delivering to your table. The service was great we always had people coming by and refilling our drinks and clearing out used plates. The wait in between each dish was a little long so I couldn’t imagine doing the 10 courses. It definitely is on the pricey side."
