"I am not easily impressed but Fairway did impress me! They were exactly on time, cheerful, very neat and clean in all their work. They replaced my old furnace and air conditoner, and all the techs working were obviously well trained, answered all my questions and seemed happy to be there! They were very neat and recycled what could be recycled of the old equipment, and clean up was perfect. I had them back out to check something that was not in their area of expertise (hot water heater) but I wasn;t sure and they came immediately and explained the issue to me. I do wish they did plumbing, since I'll need a new hot water heater soon! I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!"

"I used this company in the past and I was somehow pleased with them. Can't say much about the quality of their work since it was for a newly constructed home that doesn't need too much work. However, things changed this time around. I purchased a second home and tried to make an appointment to service a furnace, and an estimate for a new AC and water heater. The lady answering the call said that since this is another home I don't live at, I need to give her a credit card as a security for them. COMPANY POLICY! Somehow, it didn't matter that I already used their service in the past and that I own and pay bills for both properties. The policy couldn't be changed. Maybe it is not a big deal, but this just didn't feel right. In fact I was down right insulted. I understand having that policy, but not for past customers which you already worked with. So, I will have both houses serviced by a different company in the future and I will have all the new mechanicals replaced by them. I am sure the "owner" will respond to the review with a very cleaver answer, but I also have a message for the owner: repeat customers are the best customers and you never chase away a good customer with something so silly. Sorry I wasn't trustworthy enough for you. Update: I must say that I am surprised about Brian's response. I thought that just like others I've seen online, he will find an excuse. I had a feeling that somebody at that company cared enough about their business and I kept asking the lady on the phone to forward my opinion and feelings to the people in charge. But she wouldn't hear a thing. I know that when you run a company with more than 1 employee (yourself), it is hard to control every aspect of it. At least in this case, it sounds like Brian is a reasonable person and maybe this business is pretty good after all. I appreciate Brian's response and I am very sorry that things turned out this way."

"Beyond impressed. I had a rather long freon line with a shredded outside. As a customer I was given a price that pleasantly surprised me. The job entailed unforeseen issues which increased the job-time length considerably. Art handled it with grace and professionalism and when I asked if maybe the agreed upon price was a bit low considering everything else he did he told me no way! I have recommended Fairway in the past to people who engaged them in replacing their units and for good reason. No, great reasons! This company should be the “American Standard.”"
